Coaching to help you thrive in life

Let's Begin

Welcome to Kim Carr Coaching

I am a positive psychology coach and fully supervised by an accredited supervisor. I really enjoy seeing the transformation of my clients whether they are having one to one coaching or attending one of my Happiness workshops. I have a particular interest in youth mental health and it is my passion to support and help our young people to build mental fitness.

Our thoughts, feelings and emotions get tangled up and can affect our daily lives. I am interested in people who need clarity, focus and support to unravel their fears, emotions and limiting beliefs. To help them build a life where they are thriving and confident in their next steps, whether in their relationships, parenting, business or life goals.

“Positive psychology is the scientific study of what makes life most worth living” (Peterson,2008)

Applied Positive Psychology and coaching psychology involves the use of a variety of techniques including cognitive behaviour coaching, humanistic and behavioural techniques which I adapt to ensure the right fit for you.
