I am a positive psychology coach and fully supervised by an accredited supervisor. I really enjoy seeing the transformation of my clients whether they are having one to one coaching or attending one of my Happiness workshops.
I have a particular interest in youth mental health and it is my passion to support and help our young people to build mental fitness. I am a Consultant at Worth- it Resilience CIC and enjoy helping young people, children and teachers build positive mental wellbeing.
In my private coaching practice, I am interested in people who need clarity, focus and support to unravel their fears, emotions and limiting beliefs.
To help them build a life where they are thriving and confident in their next steps, whether in their relationships, parenting, business or life goals.
